Facilities and Terms & conditions

- Bed-linen & towels
- all bed-linen, towels and tea-towels are provided.There is also a hair-dryer and iron available for your use.
- Heating and power
- The house is centrally heated, the use of gas and electricity is included in the rental fee.
- Departure & arrival
- The house will be available from 2.00p.m. on Saturday for a weekly rental, and you are asked to leave by 10.00a.m. on the day of departure. Please leave the house and its contents clean and tidy.
- Loss or damage
- You will be responsible for any damage or loss sustained to the house and/or its contents during your rental period, and such damage or loss must be reported to the owners immediately. The owners cannot accept liability for loss of or damage to personal effects, baggage or vehicles belonging to hirers or their guests.

Booking procedures & conditions |
- Rental - £280
per week, all inclusive
- £50 per week deposit with booking
- Balance of rental to be paid in full, at least 28 days in advance of occupation.
- The rental contract will not exist until you receive written confirmation of your booking.
- Deposits and rental fees are non-returnable, once paid.
- We recommend that you arrange holiday insurance.
- Bookings by persons aged under 21 cannot be accepted.
- The owners reserve the right to refuse a booking, or to refuse admittance to the house at their discretion.
- The owners reserve the right to take possession of the house at any time, and without notice, should the hiring conditions be breached, or if damage to the property or its contents occurs.
